กรมทะเล ขอความร่วมมือนักดำน้ำโปรดระวัง ‘เครื่องรับสัญญาณเสียง’ ในบริเวณ 20 จุดดำน้ำ บริเวณอ่าวพังงา
เนื่องด้วยโครงการ StAR Project Thailand ซึ่งดำเนินการร่วมกันระหว่างกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช และองค์กรไวล์ดเอด ได้ติดตั้งเครื่องรับสัญญาณเสียงใต้น้ำ (Acoustic Receiver) ทั้งหมด 20 จุดในบริเวณอ่าวพังงา เพื่อประโยชน์ในการติดตามฉลามหลังการปล่อยคืนสู่ธรรมชาติ
เครื่องรับสัญญาณเสียงใต้น้ำเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ปลอดภัย ไม่เป็นอันตราย และมีความสำคัญต่อการวิจัยทางทะเล
จึงขอความร่วมมือนักดำน้ำทุกท่าน ดังนี้:

IMPORTANT: Please watch out for acoustic receivers at 20 dive sites around Phang Nga Bay.
StAR Project Thailand, in collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, and WildAid, has installed 20 acoustic receivers around Phang Nga Bay. These devices help track leopard sharks after they are released back into the wild.
The acoustic receivers are safe, cause no harm, and are important for marine research.
We kindly ask for your cooperation:
❌ Do not touch or move the devices.
✔️ If you spot any damaged devices, please inform the authorities or message the Spot the Leopard Shark – Thailand page.
